Traffic surveys, scheme plans, detailed design and construction plans for improving an existing bus lane on Grafton Bridge.  This bus lane had enforcement issues, and TES was tasked with providing innovative design solutions for improving the bus lane with time restricted electronic signage and road-markings.  The implemented works addressed the issues associated with the original design.
