Preparation of Traffic Impact Assessment reports and Integrated Transport Assessment reports for private developers for small scale projects and substantial developments, including presentations at council hearings and environment court.

 

Also, Resource Consent traffic audits on behalf of councils, including council representation at hearings.  Recent projects include a 41 lot subdivision on Babich Road (Henderson Valley), 51 lot subdivision on Scott Point Peninsula, a pharmaceutical warehouse extension on Te Pai Place, and several Auckland night markets.

 

Other major projects include a relocated library in Manukau, medical clinic and subdivision on the North Shore, a one billion $US hospital in Doha (Qatar), and a half-billion $US equestrian theme park in Dubai (UAE).
