David is a Streetlighitng Desginer / Principal Transportation Engineer and has been with Traffic Engineering Solutions Ltd (TES) since 2007. David graduated from The University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering Studies specialising in Transportation, attaining high Honours in both degrees. David's experience covers a broad spectrum of Traffic and Transportation Engineering and is the lead engineer responsible for minor improvement projects as well as streetlighting designs at TES. He is trained in AutoCAD, lighting software’s such as Perfect Lite, DIALux, and AGI, and 3D modelling software for calculating structural clearances from overhead power lines.
