We have also undertaken traffic audits for hundreds of Resource Consent applications on behalf of Auckland Council.

Our traffic reports typically cover comprehensive assessments of crash data, traffic generation and impact, parking demand and supply, accessible parking, vehicle tracking, internal circulation, loading, traffic and construction management, and provision for public transport, pedestrians and cyclists.

All TES designs comply with Council requirements and align with the AUP, AT-TDM, TCD Rules, NZTA, Austroads, and relevant NZ/Australian Standards.

Recent major TES projects include a 22-lot subdivision on Freeland Avenue, 49-lot development at Scott Point, 156-unit residential project on Stancombe Road, multiple mixed-use developments, Babich Road subdivision, Douglas Pharmaceuticals warehouse extension, Haast Street pool complex redevelopment, Osterley Way library relocation, and a medical clinic.
