Toby is a Senior Transportation & Stormwater Engineer and has been at Traffic Engineering Solutions for many years. Toby graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Engineering. Toby has considerable experience in traffic engineering, stormwater modelling and design, traffic modelling, scheme and detailed design, Road Safety Audits and Safe System Audits, network / route investigations, and peer reviews. He has expertise in a range of software packages including AutoCAD, CAS, SIDRA, TRANSYT, and HEC-HMS / HEC-RAS.
