Victor is a Graduate Transportation Engineer who joined TES in 2023 while still completing his undergraduate studies. He has since come aboard as a full-time staff member after completing his degree at the end of 2024 and will be focusing on various aspects of road design. Victor also holds a conjoint with a Bachelor of Design.
